This page explains how Free Work & Time Tools (202528.net) handles information when you use its free calculators, send feedback, or—once enabled—see advertising.
Calculator inputs and files
Our work-hour, time, date, and pay estimates are calculated in your web browser. We do not send the values entered into calculator fields to our servers for computation. Weekly CSV timesheets are generated on your device. Choosing Copy result uses your browser's clipboard only when you click that button.
Color theme preference
If you choose Light, Dark, or Auto, your browser may save that appearance preference in local storage. We use it to remember your selection, not to track visitors across websites. The preference remains until it is changed or cleared through your browser's site-data settings.
Hosting and technical information
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare and other network providers may process technical request data such as IP addresses, dates and times of requests, and browser information to deliver, secure, and operate the website, under their own policies. The calculator values themselves are not included in our calculation requests because they are processed locally.
Website visitor analytics
We are preparing to enable Cloudflare Web Analytics for this Cloudflare Pages website to understand overall visits, page views, referring sites, countries, device categories and page loading performance. When enabled, it uses a small Cloudflare browser measurement script and sends usage/performance measurements to Cloudflare. This is separate from Google AdSense advertising.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed not to use analytics cookies, browser local storage, or personal fingerprinting to identify or follow individual visitors. The visit counts are approximate usage statistics, not an exact count of unique people. We do not send the values typed into our calculators or timesheets as analytics events. The service does not collect URL query strings for these reports.
Cloudflare's own services may still process ordinary technical request information to operate and protect the website, as explained above. We will update this notice when we activate analytics and if the measurement practices change.
Advertising review status
Advertising is not active on this website yet. We have applied to Google AdSense, and our website is undergoing review. The publicly accessible ads.txt file identifies an authorized advertising seller; it does not by itself display ads or collect advertising consent. We have not installed AdSense ad-loading scripts, Amazon affiliate advertising, or Google Analytics scripts. The separate Cloudflare Web Analytics setup is described above.
Advertising and cookies if ads are enabled
If our website is approved for advertising and we activate Google AdSense, Google and other applicable advertising technology providers may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, help limit repeated ads, and—where permitted and based on relevant choices—personalize advertising. Google and other third-party vendors may use cookies to serve advertising based on your previous visits to this website or other websites.
You can learn about and control Google's personalized advertising choices through Google Ads Settings. Some other advertising vendors may offer opt-out choices through their own websites or industry advertising choices. We will update this notice if additional advertising vendors are enabled.
Consent and changing privacy choices
We are preparing a Google Privacy & Messaging consent message for visitors in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland. It is currently a draft and not displayed on the website. When advertising and this consent system are activated, eligible visitors will be offered options to Consent, Do not consent, or Manage options, as applicable to the technology and law.
After the European consent message is activated on an approved site with the required advertising code, AdSense provides a Privacy and cookie settings link so relevant visitors can reopen the consent options and change or withdraw an earlier decision. This link is not operational on our website before that activation. Non-personalized or limited advertising may still be shown where permitted even if personalized-ad consent is declined.
Email and feedback
If you contact us, your email provider and ours process your email address and message so we can receive and respond. Please do not send passwords, identification documents, financial statements, or other sensitive information. We do not operate a public feedback database on this website.
Retention and questions
We do not keep a server-side history of your calculator entries. Browser appearance preferences remain on your device until cleared. Technical request logs and email communications may be held by the relevant providers under their own retention practices. If you have a privacy question about your interaction with this site, use the email image on our contact page.
Changes to this notice
We will review this notice before activating advertising or new tracking technology and update it if our practices change. The date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
